Avalanche

Another old poem from 2012………

If your luscious lips fell
As monsoonal droplets
My glacial lips would melt from their snowy caps
In to an avalanche of defrosted love
 —–
Wiping out
The virgin spirits
That guard the outlets
Of my white-water rivulets
 —–
To awaken my latent carnal spirit
In to herculean feats
 —–
Only if, gravity would be so kind…..
