Adara Kathawa (Love Story)

Adara kathawa – love story
Will always be a little different
Possessing different chemistries
Articulating distinct professions
Of love’s smorgasbord

Love – adaraya – is
Seemingly eye-glimmering
Heart-cheering and lip-pacifying
And will burn alaya – lust
Till only whisks remain
And those lapses of sensibility
Become ineffaceable montages
Bonded in time-atoms
Flowing past inlets
Wetting emotions

When lover – adara wanthaya
Carries mementos of framed time
Nailed on damp-proof walls
Of unoblivious timelessness.
