Steven Curry

Stephen Curry
Warriors at Wizards 2/3/16

When tall Steve
Runs riot in the basketball court
He is a wizard of three pointers
No elbow or bended knee
Just flexible wrists and a bit of force
Up the shaft of the radius
Wielding a masala of muscles
After all in this part of the American coast
Where tech wizards eat
Curry for lunch, there is one man
– More of a slender obelisk
And hardly a herculean pillar –
Who will pull you off your couch
In a frenzy of squats
As he sculpts a rare installment
Of legends and fables
Where golden is the warrior
And the basket – from a distance
Is his Midas’s touch.
