A Vesak Pandol

In the synchrony and intricacy of fairy lights

Rest the radiance of a perfect circle

Dwarfing even the full moon

Where a fabled story is narrated in sequence

What draws crowds in hoards and throngs

And imbues uncountable macrocosms

With a source of inspiration

Where the partnership of electricity and light

Scheme the anthesis of an enigmatic creation

For the forebearing observer to surrender

To a profound meditation of beauty
